and April figures: about 42 million passengers in the Flughafen Wien Group
(approx. 32 million at Vienna Airport), revenue of about € 1,080 million,
EBITDA of approx. € 440 million and a Group net profit of about € 230
million

“Vienna Airport accelerates its investment drive in 2025 – approx. € 300 million
will be invested – Topping-out ceremony for the Terminal 3 Southern Expansion
will already take place in the summer of 2025 – Expansion of Office Park 4 by an
additional 17,000 m² of space is set to commence soon”

“Despite all the naysaying, the desire to travel is continuing, and the positive
development in all business areas has also resulted in a gratifying increase of
around 7% in revenue and earnings in Q1/2025. Due to our expectations of further
growth in the coming years, the investment drive will be accelerated even
further to about € 300 million in 2025. The topping-out ceremony for the
Terminal 3 Southern Expansion will already take place in the summer, and the
expansion of Office Park by an additional 17,000 m² will soon commence. What
will be the largest hotel at the airport hub featuring 510 rooms already had its
topping-out celebration and will open its doors this year. The biggest logistics
park in Austria covering an area of 80,000 m² has already been completed,”
states Günther Ofner, Joint CEO and CFO of Vienna Airport.

“Passenger volume rose further in Q1/2025 – Strong growth to the Far East of
more than 30% – 7.6% more passengers in April – New direct flight connection to
Singapore”

“Passenger traffic increased by 4.6% in the Group and 1.8% at Vienna Airport in
Q1/2025. In April 2025, passenger volume rose significantly by 9.6% in the Group
and 7.6% in Vienna. Our strategic investment in Malta Airport also developed
very positively, handling 15.8% more travellers. Long-haul flight service from
Vienna Airport is also developing gratifyingly, with passenger volume to the Far
East up 30% in the first quarter. Frequencies to Bangkok have been increased,
the Chinese market is on the upswing and Scoot, an airline represented at Vienna
Airport for the first time, is launching direct flight service from Vienna to
Singapore on 3 June. We are working diligently on our key project - the Terminal
3 Southern Expansion - to ensure high quality service in the long term even if
passenger traffic increases. Construction work is proceeding on time and on
budget and the new terminal area is scheduled to be put into operation in the
first half of 2027. Our passengers will enjoy an enhanced quality of their stay
at a 5-star level on 70,000 m² of additional terminal space featuring many new
shops, restaurants, lounges and much more,” says Julian Jäger, Joint CEO and COO
of Vienna Airport.

profit to € 39.9 million (+7.3%)

In Q1/2025, the Flughafen Wien Group generated revenue of € 225.9 million,

incentives compared to the previous year in Q1/2024 must be taken into
consideration.

Revenue and earnings development of the segments

Q1/2025 revenue of the Airport Segment climbed from the prior-year period to €
100.0 million, whereas segment EBIT fell slightly to € 17.1 million. The
Handling and Security Services Segment registered a revenue increase to € 47.0

at Vienna Airport entailed expenditures of € 34.3 million for the Terminal 3
Southern Expansion project. A total of € 15.4 million was invested at Malta
Airport in Q1/2025.

Forecast for passenger development in 2025: about 42 million passengers expected
in the Flughafen Wien Group and approx. 32 million at Vienna Airport

A further upswing in passenger traffic will take place in 2025. The outlook for
Vienna Airport remains unchanged at about 32 million travellers in the entire
year 2025, whereas passenger traffic in the Flughafen Wien Group (including the
international strategic investments in Malta Airport and Kosice Airport) will
likely equal approx. 42 million travellers.

Financial guidance for 2025

The Flughafen Wien Group expects total revenue to amount to about € 1,080
million by the end of the year, as well as EBITDA equalling approx. € 440
million and a Group net profit for the year before non-controlling interests of
about € 230 million. Total investments of approx. € 300 million are anticipated
in the year 2025. The current passenger and financial guidance are based on the
assumption that there will not be any additional adverse geopolitical effects or
massive restrictions on flight traffic.

Traffic development in April 2025: the rise in passenger traffic continues – the
travel-intensive Easter holidays acted as a growth driver
